By accessing or using ReviewMaster ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewMaster is a review management platform that helps restaurants:

• Sync with Google Business Profile
• Monitor and manage customer reviews
• Generate AI-powered response suggestions
• Create QR codes and review request tools
• Track review analytics and metrics

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per restaurant/business location

4. Subscription and Payment

• Service is provided on a subscription basis ($49/month)
• 14-day free trial available for new users
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Post fake or misleading reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies

6. Google Integration

• Service requires connection to your Google Business Profile
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for changes to Google's APIs or policies
• You can revoke Google access at any time

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI response suggestions are for guidance only
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all responses
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions
• Final responsibility for all published responses lies with you

8. Data and Privacy

• Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We implement reasonable security measures
• You retain ownership of your business data
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

10. Limitation of Liability

ReviewMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, access to the service will cease
• Data export may be available for a limited time after termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or service notification.
