During onboarding, click "Connect with Google" and sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile. Grant permission for ReviewMaster to access your reviews and business information.
Reviews sync automatically every hour. You can also manually sync anytime using the "Sync Reviews" button in your dashboard.
Absolutely! AI responses are suggestions to save you time. Always review and customize them to match your restaurant's voice before publishing.
You can cancel anytime. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, you'll lose access to new AI responses and review syncing, but your existing data remains available for 30 days.
Yes. We use bank-level encryption, secure data centers, and follow industry best practices. We only access the minimum data needed to provide our service and never share your information with third parties.
Currently, each ReviewMaster account is designed for one restaurant location. For multiple locations, you'll need separate accounts for each location.
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test our service risk-free. Refunds for paid subscriptions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support to discuss your specific situation.
